(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) - Web hosting provider Candidhost Web Hosting Services announced on Thursday it has moved its domain to a dedicated site (candidhost.com), enabling the company to better serve its customers. The New Delhi, India-based Candidhost Web Hosting, which launched in 1999, says it prides itself on "absolute reliability". "Hosting is just like any other service," says a company spokesperson. "We are dedicated to what we do. We are good at it too. We never hide behind technical jargon [and we] never have to. We never display messages or leave you to automated answers when you would rather have a human voice to explain it to you." Coinciding with the launch of the separate domain, Candidhost has also launched a forum (forum.candidhost.com/) and a blog (candidhost.com/blog/). Through the site, the company also offers an extensive knowledge base and a dedicated support section.
